Management of Cards is an application destined for the companies who sell cellular phones, that have the need to manage the activations and commissions relative to the cards bought.

CHARACTERISTICS

FILES:
- Complete File of the customers, peddlers and suppliers;
- Types of Card, with the indication of the commissions relative to each type of card;
- Operators File;
- Store: the program is multi-store, allowing, in case that the company has more than one store, to make the management of the cards in the several stores.

TRANSACTIONS:
- Entrance of cards: registo de entrada em stock de cartões com indicação de SIM/IMEI, tipo de cartão, operadora, data de entrada, etc.;
- Saída de cartões: venda a clientes finais ou a revendedores;
- Lista de Operador: introdução da listagem recebida dos operadores com indicação das activações, carregamentos, etc.;
- Comissões: cálculo das comissões a receber das operadoras e das comissões a pagar aos revendedores;
- Ficha de reparação: permite fazer a gestão de telefones entregues para reparação.
- Entrance of cards: register of the entrance in the stock of cards with indication of SIM/IMEI, type of card, operator, date of entrance, etc.;
- Exit of cards: customers or peddlers sells;
- Operator List: introduction of a list received from the operators with indication of the activations, shipments, etc.;
- Commissions: calculation of the commissions to receive from the operators and the commissions to pay to the peddlers;
- Repairing File: it allows making the management of telephones delivered for repairing.

- Cards sold, by the store, peddler, and customer;
- Cards sold and not commissioned: this map allows verifying if the cards sold have had been commissioned;
- Sold Cards and not total commissioned: this map allows to have an esteem of the possible commissions to be payee in a certain period of time(it works with average periods of charges).
