- CUSTOMERS: File with all the important data of the costumers: name, address, vat number, telephone, fax, e-mail, comments and the indication of the type of accounting for the eventual necessity of IRS retention;

- PRODUCTS: With alphanumeric code of 8 characters, bar code, description, cost price, edge of profit, IVA tax, price of purchase with and without IVA, IRS retention tax and comments;

- SELLS: Purchase invoincing emission, debit notes, credit notes, receipts ( with IRS retention, if there’s any need for it) and delivery notes;

- CUSTOMERS MAP: List of transactions, with the possibility to limit the map between dates, costumers, and choose the type of document that you want to list, transactions statement of the costumer so he can obtain balance, IRS retention, with the indication of the documents needed and of the cost;

-PRODUCT MAP: List of transactions, with the possibility to limit the map between dates and products, products statement, where you can see, for each product, in witch document it was transacted and the amount, and the balance of the amount, for the definite period.

-PURCHASE MAP: Stated, with the possibility to limit between dates and type of documents. The map shows you the emitted documents in the chosen period, and, makes a summary of the document.
