This is an application of General and Analytical Accounting, of simple use and extreme effectiveness, that can be used in companies as well as in accounting cabinets.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Separation of the companies per year in order to allow consulting the diverse years of launchings without any limitation;
- It allows having a General Chart of accounts, before opening the company, having the possibility to transfer the Charts of accounts between the companies;
- File of Entities, where it will be able to create the necessary entities, attributing the accounts to them of the plan (21
, 22
, etc.) that will be connected to each entity, that is, the same entity will be able to have accounts of Customer as well as Supplier, being more easy the manage its Current Account;
- The possibility to create Document Models, that will facilitate the launching of diverse documents. These models are not more than copies of diverse documents (invoice, sale, etc.), that allows that in the period of the launchings the user only has to indicate the values of the document;
- It allows, in the launchings screens, to visualize all or to make a filter, for the launchings intended, facilitating the following launchings or even to correlate launchings that were already made;
- During the launchings it is always visible the account balance, as well as the balance of the current launching;
- When the launchings daily report gets out, if theyre not liquidated the application informs you, asking the user if he really intends to leave or not;
- Integration routine. Although the integration of the accounts are made in an automatic mode by the application, theres particular cases where it can be necessary to repeat it (electric cut, etc.).
The application contains the following Maps/Reports:
Fiscal and Analytical balance sheets, as well as an Annual the Evolution Reason balance sheet.

This application has the following the utilitarian:
- Correction of internal numbers, in case of the user makes a mistake and launches a wrong internal number, instead of going to the Launchings and modifying the internal number of each launches, it can make it through this option;
- Correction of the daily report, in case of the user makes a mistake and effect the launchings in the wrong report, this option decides the problem transferring the intended launchings to the right report;
- Importation of the movements, routine to make the Importation of the launches of the invoicing programs (GATE, SIG, etc.) of Macrosistemas, for the accounting
- Importação de Dados, possibilidade de transferir dados, tais como: Plano de Contas, Diários, Descritivos, Tipos de documento e configurações entre as várias empresas definidas na aplicação.
- Importation of the Data, possibility to transfer data, such as: Chart of accounts, Daily Report, Descriptive, Types of document and configurations between the several companies defined in the application.
